downgrade iPhone 3G OS 3.1.3’s baseband 05.12.01 to 05.11.07
For iPhone 3G users who accidentally updated to OS 3.1.3 and have lost the release of the phone ..
The user has iPhone 3G Baseband 05.12.01 can ‘downgrade to 05.11.07 with tools through Cydia called FuzzyBand.
Unfortunately this tool only works with iPhone 3G which goes back to the old boot last year.
There are still awaiting news.

I FOLLOWED EVERY STEP TILL THE END. BUT IT POPS UP SAYING MY DEVICE WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RESTORE. WHY? WHEN I BOUGHT THE IPHONE IT WAS THE 3.1.2 VERSION AND WHEN ACIDENTLY UPDATE THE ITUNES, IT LOCKED UP MY PHONE AND I HAD TO RESTORE AND WHEN IT RESTORED, IT CHANGE MY PHONE TO 3.1.3 VERSION. I DO NOT SEE WHY NOT THAT I CAN DOWNGRADE IT BACK. BUT IT LOOKES LIKE I CANT. IF ANYONE KNOWS, PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE. THANKS A BUNCH
First off, please don’t yell. It’s not helpful.
Second, have you got a 3G or a 3GS? if you read, the downgrade only works for the 3G version NOT the 3GS.
i have iphone 3g i have updated it and looss my unluck , then i unluck it with black r1 and cydia , my it and the network and carrier are not woking can any one give me some tips how to get back network and carrier

i have iphone 3g update 3.1.3 baseband 5.12.01. actually, this iphone is free without any contract. i downgrade the firmware to 3.1.2 using blackra1n but the baseband still 5.12.01. until now, the phone coverage stated no network and cannot call/receive anything. please help…………………….

i’ve an iphone 3Gs.after restoring,it got updated to 3.1.3 and after that it asked for a valid SIM card to activate it.i tried to jailbreak it using 3.1.3 restore firmware(link suggested on this site) but snow breeze said..it cant b jailbreak.again itunes was unable to retore my iPhone.
PLZ HELP.
